Serenity-Cap® is a reusable hot and cold migraine comfort cap weighing approximately 250 g. Its thermoreactive gel can be used cold or warm, while the enveloping shape provides gentle compression around the forehead, temples and head.

Cool or warm the cap only as directed in the supplied instructions. Check its temperature before putting it on, adjust it for a comfortable fit and remove it if it feels uncomfortable. Do not exceed the times stated in the instructions.
What is included in my order?
Each cap comes with an individual resealable storage pouch and instructions in French. A duo includes two caps in your chosen colour combination.
Does the cap feel heavy?
A Serenity-Cap® weighs around 250 g. The feeling of weight and compression varies from person to person: find a comfortable position and remove the cap if it feels uncomfortable.
Which steps take place in France?
